  • Liaise with existing and prospective tenants to address their concerns and queries.
  • Maintain updated records of lease agreements, tenant documentation, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of all property-related documents.
  • Prepare and submit government-related documents required for property management.
  • Coordinate with various government agencies in Saudi Arabia as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, including tenancy laws and municipal requirements.
  • Assist in handling rental agreements, renewals, terminations, and notices.
  • Keep track of payment schedules, deposits, and any financial transactions related to tenants.
  • Manage property maintenance requests and coordinate with project engineer for their timely redressal.
  • Identify and implement efficient processes to enhance property management operations.
  • Adapt to new challenges and responsibilities beyond the defined job scope when required.
  • Use technology and innovative approaches to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate investment and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of government procedures and regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management software.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities beyond the defined scope.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
