Conduct thorough unit testing and system integration testing to validate functionality, data integrity, and performance of integration solutions.
Participate in UAT support and assist in the deployment of integrations to production environments.
Metrics: Number of successful deployments with minimal post-production issues.
Troubleshooting and Optimization:
Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure timely resolution of incidents and performance issues.
Optimize integration workflows for better efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Implement logging, error handling, and monitoring mechanisms for integration processes.
Develop technical documentation, including integration designs, process flows, and support guides.
Ensure all integrations comply with security, regulatory, and quality standards.
Metrics: Completeness and accuracy of documentation delivered.
Work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integration projects successfully.
Evaluate emerging integration technologies and provide recommendations to improve current integration frameworks and processes.
Metrics: Adoption of new technologies/processes and delivery of improved integration outcomes.
