Review the daily technical tickets and requests for a lot of production services.
Responsible for approximately 25 services in the Database Team.
Communicate with development engineers for the production services comments and issues.
Support the daily changes for the new services releases and bug fixes.
Coordinate with services vendor to support the related services.
Monitoring the services and make sure it is working smoothly.
Help the other team members to fix the technical issue.
Maintain Staging and Production environments.
Performing Technical health check to improve the services performance.
