  • Guide segment product portfolio to optimize revenue and profitability (Grow overall profitability of existing product offerings that appeal to the Segment).
  • Monitor the local and international environment to identify new products and services opportunities which are relevant to the segment
  • Understand the market environment and undertake annual, quarterly and monthly planning to ensure the effective implementation of the marketing mix (Price, Place, Promotion, Product and processes).’
  • Guide the review of the Segment marketing mix to ensure the company remains competitive and achieves business plan objectives.
  • Provide relevant market insight to the overall department for strategy development.
  • Advise subordinates and provide solutions and make decisions regarding any arising problems that may negatively impact the business.
  • Provide support in related assignments and project as stipulated by management when needed.
  • Report any issues that may be of risk to the business, operations, systems or employees or any issues related to information security to Enterprise Risk and Information Security team.
  • Support the Enterprise Risk and Information Security team in the risk mitigation process.
  • Monitor employee performance and submit continuous feedback to encourage and support employees’ professional development and guide training programs implementation.
