Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in IT Auditing & Assurance management, Technology Compliance, IT Governance within financial / banking sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field.
Experience in financial / banking sector
Worked on GRC tools such as RSA Archer, IBM GRC...etc.
Strong understanding of Information Security Architecture and ecosystem technologies and concepts required: Firewalls, intrusion detection, monitoring tools, encryption, certificate authority, reverse proxy, etc.
Good presentation skills.
Integral member of the Cyber security Advisory team, to carry out the engagements related to policy compliance, security requirements governance.
Develop and participate in implementation of client initiatives focused on the reduction of technology risk, governance and compliance to policies and external regulatory compliance.
Developing IT security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks.
Improve organization’s security positioning through process improvement, policy, automation, and the continuous evolution of capabilities.
Experience in technology and security investigations and platform audits of both business process and technology.
Documenting and reporting control failures and gaps to stakeholders.
Provides remediation guidance and prepares management reports to track remediation activities.
Supporting the team members in delivery of work streams for clients in compliance standards and incident management disciplines.
Staying current on best practices and technological advancements and acts as a technical resource for security assessment and regulatory compliance.
