  • Understanding the government rules and regulations for procurement especially (Procurement & Inventory).
  • Basic knowledge in finance is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in ERP/GRP solutions is required.
  • Working with Oracle or SAP is preferred but not required.
  • Liaising between all project teams (onsite & offshore) and relevant stakeholders for better communication and decision-making process to ensure enhanced system development.
  • Manage scope and change throughout the project internal process.
  • Understand the client's business processes, suggesting improvements and solutions, identifying gaps & mapping the requirements on the system as best as possible.
  • Carrying out User Acceptance Tests, Demos, training workshops, managing documentations, Go-Live activities and Post-implementation support.
  • Responsible for the Functional setup of the supply chain solution.
  • Preparing end-user training material & functional testing.
  • Preparing project plans, and knowledge of Agile/SCRUM is preferred.
