Experience resource in operation and troubleshooting. BS in computer science or equivalent, experience and certified Cyber security field, hold minimum of 5 years’ experience in the cyber security. Performed critical activity following customer’s procedure, report to track leader. Response to all security control related activity.
2nd level analysis of Security incident and resolution.
Create the change request for new policies.
Implement approved changes.
Participate in troubleshooting session related to track control.
Change impact assessment.
Participating in the Change Approval Meetings.
Implement the approved change requests.
Patching/Version Upgrades of all the in scope track security solutions.
