Initiates, prepare and issue Service Orders to contractors for Network, IP Telephony Systems, OSP Cabling Unit Rate Contracts Kingdom Wide
Coordinates with the Business Owner(s) and the Head of IT Projects Engineering, develops the bidding instructions that will be included as part of the (Request For Proposals) RFP Document, as well as the evaluation criteria supported with a detailed scoring mechanism to shortlist the bidders , Evaluate technology, market trends and industry plus identify prospective impact on business and Recommend Alternative Technologies and Improvements
