EHS onboarding and inductions via the Gensuite tool, including the company's supplier general and specific requirements.
Provides, guidance and information to assist contractor in the Gensuite tool use and document upload.
Drive and support on Contractor access and data entries into the Gensuite tool.
Monitor and control the contractor EHS competencies via Gensuite tool
Carry out desktop reviews of end to end EHS process and documentation.
Ensure inspections, maintenance and tracking of the Contractor recorded document.
Regular reporting to EHS local representative on EHS performance, issues and achievements including any agreed EHS Improvement Plans.
Establish and maintain good contractor relationships and communications.
