Responsible for registering and pre-qualifying vendors.
Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers, conducting all relevant checks in line with organization policy.
Facilitate communication between company and relevant vendors to maximize bidding accuracy and consistency and handle arising issues when needed.
follow Up with suppliers to solve any issue relating to the Registering in system or any required documents.
Registering vendors in Ariba system and execute reports for the management.
Proven work experience as a vendor management officer.
Very good in English.
Bachelor degree.
