24x7 and on-call rotation as second level support to maintenance operation activities, troubleshooting incidents, and perform change requests.
Accountable for supporting P1 | P2 incidents anytime, report and escalate to the L3 Support those complex HW|OS issues which difficult to fix it, and keep following up until closure.
Pro-active problem management based on technical and trend analysis to ensure service stability and preventative action taken where possible.
Provide day-to-day support for different kind of Microsoft and virtualization products and carry out incidents generated by our customer’s environments, and ensure the highest level of customer services to meet prescribed SLA.
Aware of firewall/ routers/ switches, other network equipment upgradation process.
Good knowledge of WiFi and experience with RADIUS/ LDAP solutions.
Familiar with packet capture analysis tools for troubleshooting.
Familiar with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
Strong experience and excellent hand on the Cisco products and Technologies.
L2 (VLAN, Security L2, STP, VTP, Port Channel, VSS and Stacking)
L3 (OSPF , EIGRP , BGP and Statics) , HA , VRF , BVI , SVI , PBR , NAT and QOS
Tunnel and VPN (GRE, IPSEC, remote VPN, SSL VPN)
Security Feature (URL Filtering, ACLs, IPS, and, NAC)
Data Center (VPC, VDC, FEX, Fabric Path, OTV)
Management Features (SNMP, AAA, SYSLOG, Net Flow, SFLOW, SPAN, RSPAN and ERSPAN)
Storage and UCS (FCOE, FC, Service Profile and template Profile)
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.
CCIE Routing and Switching is a mandatory and MUST to have.
Other certifcates such CCDA, VCP-NV, F5-CSE, F5-CTS, F5-CA, CISSP certificate will be an asset.
ITIL certification is plus.
