Consolidate collected technical requirements from relevant stakeholders and conduct commercial procurement activities.
Coordinate with Materials Management directorate to understand demand forecasts from an inventory management point of view.
Support company’s business units in technical procurement activities ensuring alignment with policies and needs.
Participate in technical negotiations and assessments during bidding process, and provide guidance during the development of RFIs.
Initiate purchase orders relevant to technical procurement ensuring abidance by set procedures.
Contribute to the development of procurement synergies from a holistic view of company’s supply chain operations in coordination with General Planning department.
Ensure periodical documentation of technical planning activities and raise reports to higher management for visibility.
