  • Proven track record in successfully leading organizational design and HR programs. With experience in helping shape HR Strategy, design and execute HR Transformation programs, analyze Internal and External Market trends, Create Business Cases for Transformation initiatives, stand up and transition to Shared Service Centers to bring in operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Experience in leading and managing large cross functional projects and teams.
  • Proven, successful, progressively responsible leadership, management and execution experience.
  • Proven track record of in-depth experience in the Saudi Public Sector.
  • Apply organizational and behavioral insights to propose innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability.
  • Help clients understand leading capabilities and the transformational impact they may have on their business combining Technology and Analytics focus for a strong leadership partnership at a C- Suite level, helping to shape the future of the client’s organization.
  • Leverage the power of company’s global reach and end-to-end capabilities to deliver value.
  • Coach and mentor analysts and consultants on the team.
  • Engage with the broader Human Potential community to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the company's practices in areas such as recruitment, training and thought leadership.
  • Education: Masters degree in Business management, Organizational Development or Psychology.
  • 8+ years of functional and/or strategy experience in two or more of: Program planning & shaping, Program governance, Program Leadership & Management, Program Measurement Including Diagnostics & Review and Value Case management.
  • Public Sector experience including one or more of: Citizen Services, Administrative Services, Health, Postal, Customer and Border Protection, Policing, Investments and Development.
