Proven working experience as a Data Analyst (3+ years)
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc.), programming (ETL frameworks).
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Tableau, SAS etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify
opportunities for improvement.
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
Excellent communication skill in terms of both verbal and written.
Bachelor degree in relevant discipline.
