  • Work closely with program team to develop a robust data governance framework.
  • Conduct assessments to understand gauge existing program adoption
  • Assess people-related change impacts.
  • Identify people and organizational risks and anticipated points of resistance.
  • Develop and execute Change Management action plans to mitigate adoption program risks.
  • Identify, establish and manage Change Champions Network to involve & engage stakeholders spread across diverse locations/ functions/ business lines within the client organization.
  • Engage with implementation team to plan and execute Change deliverable for the program.
  • Identify, engage and manage stakeholders, monitor adoption and manage resistance for the program.
  • • Define communication plans, develop engaging communications, and manage communication deployment through effective channels.
  • • Determine the scale, magnitude and complexity of learning and development needed to achieve the future state model and formulate.
  • • Manage the development and deployment of training materials using effective training channels.
  • • Design and facilitate client workshops, sessions and meetings.
  • Report project level status, metrics, issues and risks and manage to successful completion of all Change Management components within the program.
