Maintain BPM based systems to meet client requirements.
Troubleshoot and provide resolution/work around for issues in BPM based systems.
Provide users with assistance in problem determination and resolution; escalate problems as specified by the Service Levels.
Participate On-Call support beyond business hours on rotation, for priority 1 issues as necessary.
Coordinate with Level 3 support team for the issues requiring code changes.
5+ years of experience in IBM Business Process Manager.
IBM BPM Application Developer Certificate will be your advantage.
Experience implementing BPM integrations with other enterprise/business systems.
Experience working with relational databases (e.g. DB2, Oracle, SQL Server) with solid command on SQL.
Fluent English and ability to read technical documentation.
