Expert in Installation, Configuration, Integration and Administration of TrueSight and BMC Patrol (BMC Patrol/BMC Truesight Operations Management 10.x & above/BMC Truesight Infrastructure Management 10.x & above)
Troubleshooting and administration of all above products on UNIX, Windows based hosts.
Expert in Monitoring the Performance and Tuning.
Expert in Creation of deployable packages, Patrol Agent installation, troubleshooting & setup Infrastructure policies for monitoring.
Provide support for various monitoring solutions/Knowledge modules
Knowledge of Patrol 7.x architecture.
Perform configuration for various monitoring solutions (user administration, console definitions, monitoring metrics and instrumentations, agents, management infrastructure)
Configure various Event Management policies as per requirement
Knowledge of MRL, customizations.
Nice to have TrueSight Smart Reporting, SIM, PSL, BMC Remedy ITSM knowledge.
