Master’s degree in management is preferred.
CISSP, C|CISO, CISA, or CISM is a must.
10+ years of experience in cyber security management, budgeting, leadership, preferably in utilities organization.
Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST cyber security framework, NIST 800-53, COBIT, ISO 27001/02, NERC CIP.
Ability to evaluate business risks and ensure compliance with appropriate information security measures.
Knowledge of the utilities and industrial control systems is a plus.
