  • Experience in Windows server, UNIX, LINUX.
  • Experience in Web Technologies HTML, XML, VXML, WebServices, TCP/IP,XML,VB,J2EE,Java Script.
  • Experience in Genesys product and Genesys GVP.
  • Experience in IVR design, development, deployment, support of various Voice/Multimedia based solution.
  • Managing Incident/Change Management and Troubleshooting/Problem Analysis and investigations.
  • Manage technical process and resolve technical issues.
  • Leadership & Performance Enhancement.
  • Experience of managing change request and release management.
  • Ability to work with and support cross-functional project teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously and under pressure by achieving targeted delivery date.
  • Design and implement new inbound and outbound voice based solutions as per project specific requirements.
