Integrations with LDAP, RSSO, ADDM and other external interfaces REST and SOAP API.
Configuration & development of BMC Remedy ITSM suite, Service Request, ADDM & Analytics.
Develop and maintain foundation data.
Strong Customization skill using developer studio, SmartIT.
5+ years of experience with BMC Remedy configuration and development.
5+ years hands on experience with installation and configuration of software applications and troubleshooting.
