Ability to make general analysis, as well as analysis of problems/degradations and identify root cause.
Routine Reporting.
Handle all special requests coming from customer performance team .
(2nd priority but ability to do this would be a plus: automating reports)"
Very strong understanding of CS CN Technology
Worked at least 4 years as CS CN Back Office Engineer or CS CN Performance Engineer.
Programming skills is a plus.
Immediate availability to join is a must.
