Manages the accurate delivery of business technology projects and applications changes as per schedule and budget and cooperates with all related parties for their coordination and delivery of work as per business requirements.
Handles the accurate evaluation of change requests and the management lifecycle as well as change advisory board (CAB) meetings.
Participates in all the design processes and activities for new or improved business technology services to provide expertise on the planning and delivery of the design in a constructive and realistic approach and coordinates the deployment of changes into the operating environments as per the policies and procedures.
Coordinates the utilisation of suppliers and third party vendors ensuring that all contracts with suppliers support the needs of the business and that all suppliers meet their contractual commitments.
Manages the review and categorization of business changes and needs portfolio.
Analyses the applications development initiatives and prioritizes them according to the strategic directions and business plans.
Attending management meetings, checkpoints and status reporting briefs.
Monitoring communication problems, risks, issues and act according to plans.
