Current state research, data gathering and analysis.
Process analysis and documentation.
Business requirements gathering from the stakeholders.
Business requirements definition and prioritization.
Traceability of business requirements into solution design.
High-level business solution design, which may cover aspects of customer journey design, policy design, business process design, business procedure design, organization/people design and high-level functional systems design.
Support the users in business testing preparation, i.e. writing UAT Scenarios and review the UAT test scripts.
Engage in the deliverables reviews and approval process with stakeholders and review teams.
Professional certification in business analysis i.e. IIBA or relevant is a PLUS.
Professional certification in project management preferably PMP or PRINCE2 is a PLUS.
