  • Major responsibilities are involved in Application support and Change request (CR design and scoping) generation, modification, requirement gathering and analysis along with transforming business requirement into technical specification.
  • Consulting with development team and customer for change request when any new requirement comes from customer side.
  • Leading the team engaged in operational support and Guiding team member in problem solving and evaluating their performance.
  • Work/Support related to bug fixing/functionality missing when SR is raised from IVR, Provisioning( Huawei’s TOPENG and Ericsson’s EMA),CRM, Order and service management ,credit control, Rating/tariff/charging ,billing ,interconnect, payment/settlement, IPCC-TABS-OCS integration and on roaming issues, prepare test cases to report the problem and test the reported and other functionalities of the modified delivery.
  • Maintenance /troubleshooting the cases found in suspense CDR, service interruption, payment/order API.
  • PL/SQL code analysis of Oracle 10g packages to find out the bug and narrow down the problem, UNIX Shell script and PL/SQL procedure writing when necessary for automation.
  • New Product feasibility (i.e. prepaid/postpaid service) analysis, proposed solution and implementation.
  • Coordination of software upgrade, patch deployment and testing with development team.
  • Knowledge about various architectures and protocols such as SOA, XML, FTP, WSDL, and SOAP.
  • Good in SOAP messaging.
  • ability to engaged in operational support with team member in problem solving and evaluating their performance.

  • have good Knowledge in data architecture and application architecture
  • Strong Knowledge in TABS.
