• Ability to work independently in SAP BW, HANA and BO areas.
• Must have Real-time experience(8+ years) in implementing an SAP BW/HANA data warehouse.
• Experience of at least 3 fully implemented projects.
• Must be able to Identify and activate Business Content.
• Develop, test and implement presented and approved solutions in adherence to SAP standards and best practices.
• Must be able to perform root cause analysis - at any stage of the project(Development & Support).
• Must be able to resolve any data load issues, process chain failures.
• Must be proficient in All areas of BW/HANA – Modelling, Extraction, Transformation Loading and Reporting.
• Should be functionally aware of SAP modules ( but not limited to HR, SCM, FI, CRM and Banking domains).
• Must be able to extract Data from various data sources (SAP and Non SAP Data sources).
• Must be able to document the developed BW artifacts along with thorough testing.
• Able to produce End User Manuals /training materials.
• Co-ordinate with business analysts, architects while raising requirements from customers.
• A Team player with excellent communication skills.
