Lead the Improvement on IT governance and management practices.
Create the vision of change and work with All stakeholders to implement the needed changes.
Assess the current maturity of IT management Processes and plan execute the Improvement plans.
Provide coaching and knowledge transfer.
Developing the needed policies.
Lead the system-wide information security compliance program, ensuring IT activities, processes, and procedures meet defined requirements, policies and regulations.
Develop and implement effective and reasonable policies and practices to secure protected and sensitive data and ensure information security and compliance with relevant legislation and legal interpretation.
Execute strategy for dealing with increasing number of audits, compliance checks and external assessment processes for internal/external auditors, PCI DSS, ITAR, HIPAA, NIST 800-171 and FISMA.
Apply a structured methodology. Quality initiatives and lead change management activities.
Apply management processes focusing on Change Management and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support effective communication efforts.
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
Assess the change impact and impact of the change in quality standards
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Support training efforts specific to new and changes processes and also involve in release efforts.
Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Educational: Bachelor / Master’s degree in science, information technology, management information systems, Business Administration, Personnel Management or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in IT Quality and Change management, Governance ,management consulting, line of business management, and/or corporate strategy roles.
