Specialized knowledge Infrastructure architect & designer, Project Manager Capabilities, Microsoft Platforms expert (Server OS, SQL, Exchange, Shell, Hypervisors, Office), Skillful in backup (BackupExec,
NetBackup, EMC Data- domains) and data replication techniques (block-level replication, Sync & Async models), Networking Techs (TCP/IP, IPSEC-VPN/S2S, Geo-Cluster, firewalling, MPLS , Cisco
routing/switching, Cisco CUCM, SIP trunks, infrastructure designs, Architecture single points of failure analyst) , IBM Orchestration and Automation System (Sanovi).
Standards, Best practices such as ISO 27031, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO, 31000, ITIL.
Strong experience and knowledge of DR strategies across various traditional and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware & others).
Disaster Recovery certifications are preferred: ABCP (Associate Business Continuity Professional), CBCP, MBCP, CBCBP or similar.
Experience in backup technologies and processes.
Experience with ITIL and/or ITSM is highly desired.
Familiarity with ISO 22301 Business Continuity Standard.
Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) desired.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Process improvement..
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Data analysis skills.
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
Experience using MS Project, MS Office, and MS Visio.
Experience collaborating with other project stakeholders to resolve.
issues and to mitigate project impacts.
Experience collaborating with others in IT management roles to deliver shared results.
Detail-oriented and the ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities.
