Maintenance of the Access equipment’s.
Fault Handling, isolation and clearance.
Hardware Card test and replacement.
SW download, configuration, Parameter modification and upgrades.
Equipment testing and commissioning.
Quality problem detection, investigation and upgrades.
Antenna problem detection, investigation and solving (cross field, inverted sector, VSWR and low power).
Full responsibility of the site access management (Keys, SAIR validation and site survey validation according to customer specifications and process).
The tendering party take in charge on job training and theoretical training on in class for all intervention (customer employees & customer subcontractors) during deployment and HO period.
All the wiring on the BSC sites and Access site during the swap must be performed by the suppliers staff, the suppliers must ensure the needed resources during the swap phase.
