Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
Follow ITIL Service Operation processes especially for change management process
Develop high quality documentation for the different changes
Perform the configuration on different Digital BSS platforms
Whenever required shall develop routines for efficient DBSS delivery for different platforms
Coordinate with the Operations team whenever required for the implementation of the change requests and business configurations into the production environment
Provide necessary inputs and develop procedures, processes and documentation in the aim to maintain a business dashboard
