Implement, review and advise/ notify the documents of all L/Cs (Import and Export) and B/Cs (Inward and Outward).
Ensures that data entered into the system is correct, accurate and timely executed.
Check documents in guidelines of related international rules and regulations
Understand Sharia principles and the related applications to the banking environment.
Ensure all products/ norms/ processes and guidelines are Sharia compliant.
All data associated with day to day operations of the section
Update control logs for incoming/ outgoing transactions where apply
Ensures that data entered into the system is correct, accurate and timely.
Ensures that document checking discrepancies recorded are correct and accurate
Update control logs for incoming/ outgoing transactions where required.
Ensure adherence to trade policy & procedure SLA plus all latest ICC publications such as UCP (latest version), URC 522 and ISBP, SAMA regulations, Sharia guidelines.
Work closely with Trade Desk and Initiation Unit in serving customers portfolio.
Monitor and follow – up on transactions status.
Report all customers complaints same day to direct manager.
