  • Compose, maintain, revise, and clarify client policies and supporting documents in a clear, accurate, and concise writing style.
  • Document and maintain tracking of policy revisions.
  • Verify all changes to client policy are compatible with the Relocation Services Agreement.
  • Obtains additional background and development information through research and interviews with departments responsible for providing background information. Submits written work to business owner and Channel Administration Management for further review or edit.
  • Coordinate and assist in document publication, distribution, and communication.
  • Assist, and sometimes lead, in all aspects of a policy implementation project (determine policy needs, collaborate with various personnel, recommend verbiage, audit for consistency, communicate changes, and project progress, etc.).
  • Maintain a positive attitude, a high level of ethics, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent judgment, reasoning, and problem resolution skills and techniques in the performance of all job duties and be accountable for all decisions and actions with respect to performing job duties and responsibilities.
  • Perform all duties in compliance with organization’s core values, policies, and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum 3 years' banking experience in procedure formulation, process enhancement or project management, preferably with control and compliance related exposure.
