Engineering Degree in Computer/Software/Telecom, and 5+ years IT / systems experience in telecom field.
5 years Oracle EBS and Siebel CRM experience in Supply Chain / Operations.
Experience with Oracle advance features and analytic abilities for new implementations and enhancement rollouts.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Siebel CRM , including ESB, Sales and ERP.
Experience in reporting
Experience with billing, sales and customer relationship in content to Oracle Seibel operation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as functional consultant/Business Analyst
Experience analyzing RICE objects in Oracle
Experience writing and analyzing SQL code in Oracle.
Experience with telecom knowledge operational activities.
Certified in oracle CRM/ESB products
You should have experience in reporting and MS Office
Excellent (English) written and verbal communication skills.
