Implement the strategies related to brokerage core and e-business to increase the quality and efficiency of services delivered to customers and thereby better meet their needs.
Develop brokerage e-business to ensure that my client consistently has clear understanding of customer requirements and satisfaction level.
Implementing required progressive development within technological and cultural constrains.
Improve the business process effectiveness.
Improving customer attraction, retention and maximize customer lifetime value by developing Monitor MI related to attrition, cross-sell and customer behavior models.
Implementation of ongoing business development projects in core system as well as e-trade and smart devices.
Involve in system replacement activities which includes product walk thru and gap analysis
Ensure the quality and efficiency of services provided to customers
Customer and products research analysis by producing concise analysis of various research and perform comparative analysis based on research information.
Coordinate with IT and key suppliers to ensure appropriate solutions are implemented and required support delivered effectively and efficiently
Undertake other tasks assigned by departments when the need arises.
Understand and observe all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures applicable to the business conduct you are involved, specifically internal control and compliance policy.
Be aware of all the operations risks scenarios associated with the role and act in manner taking into consideration the operational risk involved.
