  • Provide very deep technical expertise for 2G, 3G & 4G networks (features/parameters/call flows/counters/KPIs/configurations/HW/SW).
  • Conduct new feature trials for Radio network to further improve network quality.
  • Deep Network understanding end to end in order to identify network gaps and improvements areas.
  • Analyse customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis.
  • Develop technical presentations & proposals & perform high customer presentations for C-Levels.
  • Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas & share information about
  • solution to Provide recommendation to management for new feature implementation/procurement
  • Conduct routine RAN system audit, hands on ENM with solid knowledge for parameters and configurations issues.
  • Assist Engineers to troubleshoot 2G/3G/4G network issues using relevant tools and Ideas.
  • Be responsible for making decisions of major problems
  • Good understanding of Standard Ericsson nodes, their Counters, KPI and related formulas
  • Understanding the definition of nodes PI and key performance indicators.
  • Experienced with Ericsson Performance tool for measurement collection,
  • scheduling, analyzing and troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with Ericsson Measurement Data Export interface
  • Experience of MS SQL and MS Application.
