  • Support technician is responsible for all field activities under POS operations.
  • Installation /Maintenance /paper roll delivery/Pullout/Relocation/Branding/Tawasul are the main activities.
  • Merchant training.
  • Site survey.
  • SIM card individual management.
  • Support technician is responsible as a custodian of his asset register under his name like POS hardware, branding material, SIM’s, Stands, Car and other business related material.
  • Support technician is required to be available 24x7 on demand apart from his regular office timing.
  • He will be responsible to adhere to the SAMA POS SLA and Company SLA policy.
  • Demonstrate adequate behavior and follow work ethics inside or outside the company.
  • Maintain high level professionalism in his work and ensure merchant satisfaction.
  • Know how to work on smart devices and laptops.
