Support technician is responsible for all field activities under POS operations.
Installation /Maintenance /paper roll delivery/Pullout/Relocation/Branding/Tawasul are the main activities.
Merchant training.
Site survey.
SIM card individual management.
Support technician is responsible as a custodian of his asset register under his name like POS hardware, branding material, SIM’s, Stands, Car and other business related material.
Support technician is required to be available 24x7 on demand apart from his regular office timing.
He will be responsible to adhere to the SAMA POS SLA and Company SLA policy.
Demonstrate adequate behavior and follow work ethics inside or outside the company.
Maintain high level professionalism in his work and ensure merchant satisfaction.
Know how to work on smart devices and laptops.
