  • Holding University Degree in engineering discipline.
  • At least 20 years of experience in the field of incident reporting & investigation.
  • Expert in analyzing and determining causes of major fires, explosions, and ways in which they could have been prevented.
  • Capable of establishing and drafting career development and mentoring programs for fellow engineers.
  • Has experience level of knowledge of all relevant fire protection & prevention codes, standards and procedures.
  • Has demonstrated the capability of Establishing policies, procedures for pre-incidents planning and emergency response management.
  • Expert in providing resolution to technical or engineering related problems in the field of fire protection & prevention.
  • Conducting researches on active & passive fire protection systems, equipment, materials and devices.
  • Expert in analyzing and determining causes of major fires, explosions and ways in which these can be prevented.
  • Highly capable of chairing various technical committees, leading the committees towards consensus, giving all views equal treatment while ensuring the committees work runs efficiently.
  • Developing relevant KPIs and establishing effective tracking programs.
  • Capable to follow investigation procedures/processes that include but are not limited to the followings:
  • How to secure the incident area & preserve evidence.
  • How to collect data.
  • How to analyze data. (Analysis narrative, events & causal factors chart, & root cases.)
  • How to draw conclusion.
  • How to identify corrective actions (Specific, measurable, Achievable, Relevant & time bound).
  • How to write the report.
