The incumbent will be a Project management resource with knowledge of ATM,POS, E-Commerce and Mobile Payments.

Manage complete project end to end with all stakeholders and Vendors.
Review key deliverables and timeline documents with Vendor (s) and Bank’s managers and stake holders.
Ability to estimate project efforts needed based on Business / technical Requirements.
Review and understand functional and non-functional requirements and ability to build a mind map of work and SOW.
Provides very strong leadership to the project team and actively represents the project team to stakeholders.
Monitoring the deployment of individuals to ensure that they are contributing effectively.
Ensures that realistic and accurate estimates of costs, timescales and resource requirements are agreed.
Make sure the project follows the bank’s change management policies.
Manage projects between IT, vendor, business groups and develop project plans using project management principles.
Jointly work with QA team for planning of test scenarios, execution plans for integration, regression, and stress testing.
Manage UAT with users to ensure quality outcome of intended product as per SLA between IT and business.
Manage periodic communications, updates and status reports.
Ensure mandatory approvals from change owners and stakeholders, change requests, and coordinate appropriately.
Manage business satisfaction regarding project progress, systems availability, service continuity, and capacity issues.
Capable to manage multiple project in parallel with adherence to PM rules and delivery on stringent timelines.
