  • Develop performance objectives in coordination with Directorate and continuously conduct progress towards Departmental and strategic objectives and implement periodic performance reports to offer evaluation results and recommend improvements.
  • Implement improvements to policies and procedures in order to deliver high-quality services.
  • Carry-out the day-to-day operations, offer expertise, encourage teamwork and coordinate work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and engage employee.
  • Supervise the design and implementation of business applications and Infrastructure (e.g. ERP - HR, Procurement, Finance, internal sales and customer care tools, etc.) to support business operations.
  • Supervise the provision of third-level support for business applications and Infrastructure users in a timely manner.
  • Supervise the process of gathering technical requirements and development of requests for proposals (RFPs) for large business application and infrastructure projects to ensure proper implementation in line with internal needs.
  • Coordinate with vendors for applications and Infrastructure delivery ensuring compliance with agreed work plans and schedules.
  • Supervise the technical testing of business applications and Infrastructure to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Supervise training and workshops for the organization stakeholders on business applications and Infrastructure for awareness and use purposes. Supervise organization's data centres infrastructure, hosting solutions, servers and virtualization, operating systems, database systems and monitoring of storage ensuring proper functionality.
  • Keep abreast of regional and international trends in business applications and Infrastructure design and solutions in order to identify opportunities for enhancement of existing applications.
  • Develop and motivate staff, conduct the performance, give formal and informal feedback and appraisals and conduct guidance on training programs to maximize employees' performance.
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Engineering Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a similar role.
  • Senior Management level experiences in Technology Business Applications and Infrastructure.
