Develops and maintains the cyber security strategy.
Develops annual cyber security budgets in coordination with business units.
Develops capacity building plans covering the entire cyber security team.
Defines strategic cyber security initiatives and programs.
Manages the planning for major cyber security strategic initiatives.
Leads the on-going project management of long-term cyber security strategy.
Manages annual cyber security planning in addition to strategic opportunity assessments, and implementation planning and oversight.
Leads, coaches, develops and supervises strategic planning team.
Designs and implements management and governance processes to align strategy with execution.
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent education.
CISSP or CISM is a must.
7 + years of experience in information security preferably with consulting firms.
Project management skills, PMP is a plus.
Knowledge of the utilities and industrial control systems (e.g. DCS, PLC for Generation, SCADA systems for National Grid and Distribution) is a plus.
