  • Define project deliverables standards (e.g. document templates, metrics) in collaboration with PMO Quality Specialist.
  • Implement and enforce mechanisms to control and track IT projects.
  • Advice leaders, managers and team members on utilization of project management methodology and disciplines.
  • Act as the source of documentation, guidance and metrics.
  • Conduct review, support sign-off and approval processes for project deliverables.
  • Enforce and verify entry/exit criteria for all project phases.
  • Participate and facilitate all Project Status meeting.
  • Keep tracking of all projects/portfolio risks and issues.
  • Verify the execution of mitigation actions and follow up defined.
  • Collect, analyze and aggregate data to provide reports on Project progress status.
  • Assess on IT initiatives and project selections.
  • Monitor the execution and track progress of the IT portfolio.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Science.
  • ITIL Foundation is a must.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar is a good plus.
  • Experience in working with Standard Project Management Frameworks.
  • +3 year of experience as PMO specialist (on banking context is preferable).
  • +5 Years of IT Work Experience.
