Define project deliverables standards (e.g. document templates, metrics) in collaboration with PMO Quality Specialist.
Implement and enforce mechanisms to control and track IT projects.
Advice leaders, managers and team members on utilization of project management methodology and disciplines.
Act as the source of documentation, guidance and metrics.
Conduct review, support sign-off and approval processes for project deliverables.
Enforce and verify entry/exit criteria for all project phases.
Participate and facilitate all Project Status meeting.
Keep tracking of all projects/portfolio risks and issues.
Verify the execution of mitigation actions and follow up defined.
Collect, analyze and aggregate data to provide reports on Project progress status.
Assess on IT initiatives and project selections.
Monitor the execution and track progress of the IT portfolio.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Science.
ITIL Foundation is a must.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar is a good plus.
Experience in working with Standard Project Management Frameworks.
+3 year of experience as PMO specialist (on banking context is preferable).
+5 Years of IT Work Experience.
