Exadata Patching Experience[Cell Nodes/Compute and Infini band switch], should be able to work independently during the Machine Patch.
Migration from Bare Metal to Exadata Machines.
IORM Implementation and thorough understanding of implementing the same.
Performance Tuning Using the Database and Exadata Features[Offload queries/Smart Scan/Storage Indexes].
Disk Group Activities[Resizing/dropping etc]
Good concept on cell/grid/asm (Automatic Storage Management) disk creation/allocation and moving disks from one disk group to another.
Good Understanding and troubleshooting experience on RAC Cluster.
Good Understanding and troubleshooting experience on Dataguard.
RMAN Cloning/restoration/backup and recovery strategy/Point in time Recovery/Flashback Scenarios.
Performance Tuning troubleshooting experience.
