The Applicant should be Algerian citizen.

Must have over 8 years of relevant software testing and maintenance experience and major in computer, software engineering, information security, communications, and other relevant fields.

Have at least 3 years experience in telecommunication business support systems (or similar systems),know the conception if IF domain, CM domain, and OSS domain.

Have ITIL/eTOM/SID certification.

Be expert on Unix/Linux operating systems, Oracle database operation and maintenance, could fix bugs which are not rised by developers.
