Extensive knowledge, understanding and experience in the deployment of Defence Systems Approach to Training Quality Standard (DSAT QS) during analysis and design.
Minimum of 7 years of experience within delivering projects to the MoD ideally within a training environment.
Experience and understanding of delivering and using Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) as part of a blended learning approach to training, including use of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Knowledge and Experience of the following fixed and deployable telecommunications systems, preferably based within a military environment.
IP networks.
Secure Mobile Radio Systems / TETRA.
Digital Microwave Radio Systems including SDH.
HF Communication Systems.
PABX systems.
Fixed and deployable Satellite.
Troposcatter Systems.
Proven track record of delivering successful and complex IT projects.
Managing people skills particularly within a multi-cultural environment.
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-national, multi-functional team.
Excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills.
Extensive Customer relationship management and consultancy experience.
