Working experience using SAN/ NAS and other Linux/Unix based backup applications.
Proven experience using Linux/Windows Clustering environment.
Proficiency in auditing and documentation methods and practices.
Ability to maintain and develop technical skills, staying current with new complex technologies, architectures and best practices.
Ability to use sound judgment.
Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
Should be excellent and professional in written and verbal communication in the English Language and excellent interpersonal skills.
Effective presentation skills.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other colleague to provide leadership to contribute to a working environment that will instill employee pride, morale and commitment to service excellence.
