12+ years of Experiences (In senior‐level finance or accounting position with deep experience in strategic planning and execution. Exceptional insight to budgeting and cost control principles.
Provides financial reporting and guidance to senior management and the Board, including reporting, budget information, strategic planning and profitability maximization through income, expenses, trends and analysis.
Working knowledge of executive compensation plans.
Knowledge of international & local regulations with the ability to interface well with regulators.
Develops the Annual Operating Budget & Objectives with senior management.
Management of corporate and project loans in addition to cash flows management of SR multibillion loans.
Provides timely forecasts by establishing assumptions.
Preliminary department and consolidated budgets and modifying as appropriate.
Presents the final budget to the CEO and Board for approval.
Preparation of financial statements, reports and analysis for quarterly Board meetings.
Prepares and present monthly updates to the senior management.
Proven ability to generate confidence and relationships with high net worth prospects.
Strong relation with local & international banks.
Has and experience with SIDF for project financing.
Expert in Lone Management.
