Report to the CEO of the Company.
Strong knowledge in Financial analysis, quantitative skills, awareness of market & industry trends.
Provide support to manage Company’s corporate portfolio of investments.
Create business plans, valuations and financial modeling, to help management take investment decisions.
Originate and structure investment banking/corporate finance deals such as M&A, IPO, PE, Private Placements, ECM transactions.
Maximizes sales efforts and implements effective selling and cross-selling channels to achieve Company’s financial targets.
Oversee investor reporting, asset performance and mitigation of losses on investments i.e. support with restructuring, exit options.
Prepare reports highlighting portfolio performance and risks.
10+ years of experience and should possess a relevant Masters qualification in Finance or Accounting.
