  • Ensure smooth operation of the day-to-day office activities
  • Implement office policies
  • Review and monitor supply requisitions
  • Manage all office logistics
  • Assign and monitor secretarial functions
  • Track and monitor salary management and expenses reimbursement
  • Manage and follow up residency processes
  • Manage all office inventory and properties including transportation assets (Company Cars)
  • Coordinate with facility management to ensure proper office functioning
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure personnel files are update and secure
  • Manage all relationship with government authorities (TECOM)
  • Coordinate and implement Health & Safety Audit
  • Coordinate with other function to facilitate annual internal audit
  • Working closely with the MOL/SAGIA for any labour change updates
  • The company license update and renewal
  • Market awareness in terms of any changes related to employees and the company existence in the market
  • Define, implement, and execute user group model
  • Manage all marketing logistics related to customers in the region
  • Supporting commercial reporting at a country level
  • Assist in all business related activities across the Kingdom
  • Organize & participate in regular meetings and calls assigned by the country manager and designated stakeholders
  • Support with team communication and reporting (country circular validation)
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Multi tasked and organized management skills
  • Team leader experience ( setting objectives, monitor and follow up of direct reports,etc)
  • Working closely with other stakeholders of the business
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent command of interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English both written and spoken
  • Good command of Arabic written and spoken
    • University degree in Business Administration. Marketing emphasis is one of the fields preferred.
