To deliver and assess ‘structured’ and ‘on demand’ OJT to SANG Operators for DTROPO including Pre and Post Deployment activities in Arabic and/or English
To assist SANG in the installation, operation and maintenance of DTROPO system and equipment
Coordinate with the SANG, attendance by SANG Operators and Technicians on scheduled activities
Coordinate and monitor the completion of OJT Workbooks for SANG Operators
Monitor and record attendance by SANG Operators on scheduled OJT activities
To assist SANG personnel in the preparation for deployment of DTROPO systems and equipment
Deliver Regional DTROPO Training in support of the NGSS Technical Training Manager (TTM), as required
Deliver OJT to address residual training gaps/training deficiencies as recorded within student and course reporting and workbooks
Foundation Degrees, HND (NVQ Level 4), Vocational Qualifications Level 5 in Telecommunications related field
Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), PTLLS 6302/AET or an equivalent educational teaching qualification
At least 3 years proven systems training experience
Knowledge of the application of a Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
Knowledge of instructional methodology
Preparing questions banks and assessment papers
Preparing concise reports in English
Experience in the exploitation of new methods and media to encourage learning.
Computer literate and show evidence of using multimedia to provide learning solutions
Skilled in the use of MS Office software
Be fluent in Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening in the English Language (IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 213 (computer based) and 550 (paper based test), or Toefli iBT Total score of 80)
Be fluent in Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening in the Arabic Language
Have excellent time management skills
Have the highest level of personal and professional integrity
Must be solution oriented and innovative in approach to problem solving and be committed to providing high quality training to the SANG
Ability to cultivate, build and maintain working relationships within a multinational environment
Bachelors degree in digital electronics, computer science or electrical engineering
Experience of working in the Middle East
Experience of work within a military environment
Hold a valid driving license from country of origin
