  • Proactively plan, direct and manage all activities for Human resources for KSA.
  • Ensure global standard people practice and programs are fully implemented in KSA.
  • Visiting Delivery Centers in different locations and work closely with business leaders in order to achieve talent targets.
  • Capture feedback and suggest improvements in systems and processes as required and help business stay ahead of its staffing challenges within the resources provided and abiding by the policies of the company.
  • Drive the compliance and consistence across business units in order to create the effective culture values in KSA center.
  • Responsible for the compliance of all in-house HR activities according to local legal requirements and all the policies and regulations.
  • Lead & direct the HR teams to ensure a high professional team is maintained, their activities achieve corporate objectives and an absolute talent satisfactory service is provided.
  • Formulate, implement & regularly review/amend HR policies, practices & procedures to ensure effective management of human capital in line with corporate policy, market practices & labor laws.
  • Provide advice and assistance to line managers to ensure that a sound and practical day-to-day people management approach is adopted.
  • Ensure that all requests for HR services, ranging from enquiries on HR policies and procedures to requests for advice on daily people management issues, are provided in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • Should be a Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management or other related disciplines.
  • Over 15 years’ HR relevant experience in multinational companies, at latest 5 years and above management experience.
  • Strong HR knowledge of KSA labor laws and relevant legal environment is a must
  • Excellent English & Arabic skills both in written and oral.
  • Highly motivated, confident and outgoing with the ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment.
  • Detailed oriented ,strong problem solving skills and ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
