Administer and maintain all Ericson, Oracle, Keymile, GIS incl. MFON Core/Metro NMS, Access NMS, Data base system, Power Management System, Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) and MFON Data Com. Network (DCN) Management System.
Ensure that OSS systems are updated with latest SW releases.
Update the database with daily operational tasks of any network changes or re-configurations of the ISP or OSP that corresponds to the actual physical and configuration changes of the network infrastructure.
Assure Database have correct GIS MFON data.
Update Database GIS system with any relevant updates related to MFON.
Administer and Maintain MFON DCN.
NOC IT administration.
Familiar with eTOM/ITIL standards/processes to cop with existing environment.
